For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:

For I know the forwardness of your mind, for which I boast of you to them of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal hath provoked very many.

fa fantatro ny fahazotoanareo, izay ataoko rehareha ny aminareo amin' ny Makedoniana hoe : Efa vonona hatry ny taon-itsy Akaia, ary ny zotom-ponareo dia namporisika ny maro.

Je sais en effet votre ardeur, dont je suis fier pour vous auprès des Macédoniens : " L' Achaïe, leur dis-je, est prête depuis l' an passé. " Et votre zèle a été un stimulant pour le plus grand nombre.

Lest haply if they of Macedonia come with me, and find you unprepared, we (that we say not, ye) should be ashamed in this same confident boasting.

fandrao, raha tàhiny hisy hiaraka amiko ny avy eto Makedonia ka hahita anareo tsy mbola vonona, dia ho menatra izahay (mba tsy hanaovanay hoe, ianareo) noho izany fahatokiana izany.

Tandremo fa raha misy Masedoniana miara-tonga amiko anie, ka mahita anareo mbola tsy vonona, dia henatra lehibe no ahy e - aoka ihany tsy hatao hoe ho anareo, - noho izao fitokiako fatratra anareo izao!

Autrement, si des Macédoniens venaient avec moi et ne vous trouvaient pas prêts, notre belle assurance tournerait à notre confusion, pour ne pas dire à la vôtre.

Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.

Koa nataoko fa tsy maintsy mangataka ny rahalahy handeha hialoha ho any aminareo aho ka hahavita rahateo ny fiantranareo izay nokasainareo teo aloha, mba hovitaina toy ny fiantrana izany, fa tsy toy ny fahihirana.

Koa nataoko fa ilaina ny nangataka ireo rahalahy hialoha anay ho aty aminareo, mba hampamonona rahateo ny fiantrana nampanantenainareo, sady haha-tena fiantrana azy tokoa, fa tsy fihihirana.

J' ai donc jugé nécessaire d' inviter les frères à nous précéder chez vous, et à organiser d' avance votre largesse déjà annoncée, afin qu' elle soit prête comme une largesse et non comme une lésinerie.

But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

Songez-y : qui sème chichement moissonnera aussi chichement ; qui sème largement moissonnera aussi largement.

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Aoka ny olona rehetra samy hanao araka izay inian' ny fony avy, tsy amin' ny alahelo, na amin' ny faneriterena; fa ny mpanome amin' ny fifaliana no tian' Andriamanitra (Oha. 22. 8, LXX.).

Samia manao araka izay efa nokasainy tao am-pony avy, tsy amin' alahelo na an-tery, fa ny manome an-kafaliana no sitrak' Andriamanitra.

Que chacun donne selon ce qu' il a décidé dans son coeur, non d' une manière chagrine ou contrainte ; car Dieu aime celui qui donne avec joie.

2Kr / 2Kor 9:8

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Ary Andriamanitra mahay mampitombo ny fahasoavana rehetra aminareo, mba hanananareo ny onony rehetra mandrakariva amin' ny zavatra rehetra, ka hitombo amin' ny asa tsara rehetra;

Hain' Andriamanitra fenoina ny fahasoavana rehetra hianareo, ka sady hanana ny ampy mandrakariva amin' ny zavatra rehetra ilainareo no hanana amby ampy aza hoentinareo mitombo amin' ny asa soa isan-karazany,

Dieu d' ailleurs est assez puissant pour vous combler de toutes sortes de libéralités afin que, possédant toujours et en toutes choses tout ce qu' il vous faut, il vous reste du superflu pour toute bonne oeuvre,

(As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.

araka ny voasoratra hoe: Namafy izy, eny, nanome ho an' ny malahelo; Ny fahamarinany maharitra mandrakizay (Sal. 112. 9).

selon qu' il est écrit : Il a fait des largesses, il a donné aux pauvres ; sa justice demeure à jamais.

Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

Ary Izay manome voa ho an' ny mpamafy sy mofo hohanina dia hanome sy hahabe ny voa afafinareo ary hampitombo ny vokatry ny fahamarinanareo,

Ilay manome ny mpamafy ny voa hafafy sy ny hanin-kohaniny, no hanome anareo koa ny voa hafafy sy hampitombo azy, ary hampitombo ny vokatry ny fahamarinanareo;

Celui qui fournit au laboureur la semence et le pain qui le nourrit vous fournira la semence à vous aussi, et en abondance, et il fera croître les fruits de votre justice.

Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

dia hanan-karena amin' ny zavatra rehetra ianareo ka handroso amin' ny hitsim-po,izay mahatonga ny fisaoranay an' Andriamanitra.

dia hanan-karena amin' ny zavatra rehetra hianareo, sy hahafoy be amin-kitsim-po, ka fisaorana an' Andriamanitra noho ny asany no ho vokatr' izany.

Enrichis de toutes manières, vous pourrez pratiquer toutes les générosités, lesquelles, par notre entremise, feront monter vers Dieu l' action de grâces.

2Kr / 2Kor 9:12

For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

Fa ny fanaovana izany fanompoam-pivavahana izany dia tsy mahafaka ny alahelon' ny olona masina ihany, fa mahabe ny fisaoran' ny maro an' Andriamanitra koa,

Car le service de cette offrande ne pourvoit pas seulement aux besoins des saints ; il est encore une source abondante de nombreuses actions de grâces envers Dieu.

2Kr / 2Kor 9:13

Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;

Ce service leur prouvant ce que vous êtes, ils glorifient Dieu pour votre obéissance dans la profession de l'Évangile du Christ et pour la générosité de votre communion avec eux et avec tous.

And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
