And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit :

Lev 27:2

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the Lord by thy estimation.

Mltenena amin' ny Zanak' Isiraely hoe: Raha misy olona hanala voady, dia ho an' i Jehovah izy araka izay hataonao tombany.

Mitenena amin' ny zanak' Israely ka lazao amin' izy ireo hoe: Raha misy olona mivady, dia an' ny Tompo ny olona, araka izay anombananao azy.

Parle aux Israélites, tu leur diras : Si quelqu' un veut s' acquitter envers Yahvé du voeu qu' il a fait de la valeur d' une personne,

Lev 27:3

And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

Ary ny hataonao tomban' ny lehilahy hatramin' ny roa-polo taona ka hatramin' ny enim-polo taona dia sekely volafotsy dimam-polo araka ny sekely masina;

Raha lehilahy no hotombananao ny hatramin' ny roapolo taona ka hatramin' ny enimpolo taona, dia tombano volafotsy dimampolo sikla araka ny sikla masina;

un homme entre vingt et soixante ans sera estimé à 50 sicles d' argent - sicle du sanctuaire -

And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

Lev 27:5

And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Ary raha hatramin' ny dimy taona ka hatramin' ny roa-polo taona izy, dia sekely roa-polo no hataonao tomban' ny lehilahy; ary raha vehivavy, dia sekely folo kosa.

entre cinq et vingt ans, le garçon sera estimé à 20 sicles et la fille à 10 sicles ;

Lev 27:6

And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

entre un mois et cinq ans, le garçon sera estimé à 5 sicles d' argent et la fille à 3 sicles d' argent ;

Lev 27:7

And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Ary raha hatramin' ny enim-polo taona no ho miakatra izy, raha lehilahy, dia ho sekely dimy ambin' ny folo no hataonao tombany; ary raha vehivavy, dia sekely folo kosa.

à soixante ans et au-dessus, l' homme sera estimé à 15 sicles et la femme à 10 sicles.

Lev 27:8

But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

Ary raha malahelo kosa izy ka tsy mahaloa izay hataonao ho tombany, dia ho entina eo anatrehan' ny mpisorona izy, ary ny mpisorona hanombana azy; araka izay takatry ny ananan' ilay nivoady no hanombanan' ny mpisorona azy.

Raha mahantra loatra izay olona mivoady ka tsy mahaloa ny tombana nataonao, dia hoentina mankeo amin' ny mpisorona izay hanombana azy izy, ka dia hoferan' ny mpisorona araka ny toe-pananan' ny olona nivoady ny tombany.

Si celui qui a voué est incapable de faire face à cette estimation, il présentera la personne au prêtre. Celui-ci fera l' estimation, mais il la fera selon les ressources de celui qui a voué.

Lev 27:9

And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the Lord, all that any man giveth of such unto the Lord shall be holy.

S' il s' agit d' animaux dont on peut faire offrande à Yahvé, tout animal que l' on donne à Yahvé sera chose consacrée.

Lev 27:10

He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

Tsy hanova na hanakalo izany izy, na ny tsara ho solon' ny ratsy, na ny ratsy ho solon' ny tsara; ary raha biby no atakalony biby, dia samy ho masina Izy sy ny takalony.

Lev 27:11

And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the Lord, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

S' il s' agit d' un animal impur dont on ne peut faire offrande à Yahvé, quel qu' il soit, on le présentera au prêtre

Lev 27:12

And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

ary ny mpisorona hanombana azy, na tsara, na ratsy; koa araka izay hataonao mpisorona tombany no izy.

ka ny mpisorona no hanombana azy araka ny hatsarany na haratsiany, dia izay tombany ataon' ny mpisorona no hekena.

et celui-ci en fera l' estimation, le jugeant bon ou mauvais ; on s' en tiendra à son estimation,

Lev 27:13

But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

Fa raha ta-hanavotra azy ny tompony, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina izay nataonao tombany.

Raha tiana havotana izy dia hotongoavana ny ampahadimin' izay nanombananao azy.

mais si l' on veut le racheter, on majorera cette estimation d' un cinquième.

Lev 27:14

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the Lord, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

Ary raha misy olona manamasina ny tranony ho an' i Jehovah, dia hotombanan' ny mpisorona ny trano, na tsara, na ratsy; koa araka izay hataon' ny mpisorona tombany no izy.

Raha misy olona manamasina ny tranony manokana azy ho an' ny Tompo, dia hotombanan' ny mpisorona araka ny hatsarany na haratsiany ny trano, ka izay tombany ataon' ny mpisorona no harahina.

Si un homme consacre sa maison à Yahvé, le prêtre en fera l' estimation, la jugeant de grande ou de faible valeur. On s' en tiendra à l' estimation du prêtre,

Lev 27:15

And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

Ary raha tian' ny tompony havotana ny tranony izay nohamasininy, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina ny vola nataonao tombany, dia ho azy ny trano.

Raha te-hanavotra ny tranony ilay nanamasina azy, hotongoaviny ny ampahadiminy izay nanombananao azy, dia ho azy ny trano.

mais si cet homme qui a voué la maison la veut racheter, il majorera cette estimation d' un cinquième et elle lui reviendra.

Lev 27:16

And if a man shall sanctify unto the Lord some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

Ary raha misy olona manamasina ho an' Jehovah ny sasany amin' ny zara-taniny, dia hotombananao izy araka ny voan-javatra famafy eo; ny voam-bary hordea iray homera hotombananao sekely volafotsy dimam-polo.

Raha misy olona manokana ho an' ny Tompo ny sasany amin' ny zara taniny, dia ho araka ny voa famafy aminy no hanombananao azy, ka volafotsy dimampolo sikla no hanombananao ny tany mifafy orja iray gomera.

Si un homme consacre à Yahvé l' un des champs de son patrimoine, l' estimation en sera faite en fonction de son produit à raison de 50 sicles d' argent pour un muid d' orge.

Lev 27:17

If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

Raha misy manamasina ny taniny, raha vao afaka ny Jobily, dia araka izay hataonao tombany no izy.

Raha miantomboka amin' ny taona Jobile no anokanany ny taniny dia io tombany nataonao io no arahina,

S' il consacre le champ pendant l' année jubilaire, on s' en tiendra à cette estimation ;

Lev 27:18

But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

Fa raha misy manamasina ny taniny ao aorian' ny Jobily, dia holazain' ny mpisorona aminy ny vola araka ny taona sisa, dia hatramin' ny taona Jobily, ary hahena araka izany no hanaovanao ny tombany.

fa raha aty aorian' ny Jobile kosa no anokanany ny taniny, dia ho araka ny isan' ny taona sisa mandra-pihavin' ny Jobile no hanombanan' ny mpisorona ny vidiny, ka hahena ny tombany nataonao.

mais s' il le consacre après le jubilé, le prêtre en calculera le prix en fonction des années restant à courir jusqu'à celle du jubilé et une déduction sera faite sur l' estimation.

Lev 27:19

And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

Ary raha tian' ilay nanamasina azy havotana ny tany, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina ny vola nataonao tombany, ka dia ho tapaka ho azy.

Raha te-hanavotra ny taniny ilay nanokana azy, hotongoaviny ny ampahadiminy izay vidiny nanombananao azy, dia hipetraka ho azy ny tany.

S' il veut racheter le champ, il majorera l' estimation d' un cinquième et le champ lui reviendra.

Lev 27:20

And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

Ary raha tsy hanavotra ny tany izy, na efa nivarotra azy tamin' olon-kafa, dia tsy ho azo avotana intsony izany.

Raha tsy havotany ny tany na hamidiny amin' olona hafa dia tsy azo havotana intsony;

S' il ne le rachète pas mais le vend à un autre, le droit de rachat s'éteint ;

Lev 27:21

But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the Lord, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest' s.

Fa raha afaka amin' ny Jobily ny tany, dia ho masina ho an' i Jehovah tahaka ny saha voatokana izany; ny mpisorona no ho tompony.

fa rahefa afaka amin' ny Jobile ny tany dia hatokana ho an' ny Tompo toy ny tany nivoadiana, ka ho tonga fananan' ny mpisorona.

quand, à l' année jubilaire, l' acquéreur devra l' abandonner, ce sera chose consacrée à Yahvé, tel un champ dévoué par anathème : la propriété de cet homme passe au prêtre.

Lev 27:22

And if a man sanctify unto the Lord a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

Ary raha misy manamasina ho an' i Jehovah ny tany novidiny, izay tsy amin' ny zara-taniny,

Raha misy olona manokana ho an' ny Tompo ny tany novidiny tsy anisan' ny zara taniny;

S' il consacre à Yahvé un champ qu' il a acquis mais qui ne fait pas partie de son patrimoine,

Lev 27:23

Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the Lord.

dia holazain' ny mpisorona aminy ny hevitry ny ataonao tombany, dia hatramin' ny taona Jobily; ary dia handoa izay nataonao tombany amin' izany andro izany izy ho zava-masina ho an' i Jehovah.

dia ho eran' ny mpisorona izay vidiny, araka ny anombananao azy mandra-pihavin' ny taona Jobile, dia haloan' izany olona izany androtr' io ihany izay voafetra ho vidiny, ho zavatra voatokana ho an' ny Tompo.

le prêtre en calculera le prix d' estimation en fonction du temps à courir jusqu'à l' année jubilaire, et l' homme en versera le montant ce jour même à titre de chose consacrée à Yahvé.

Lev 27:24

In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

Amin' ny taona Jobily no hodian' ny tany amin' izay nividianana azy, dia ho an' izay tompon-dova.

Amin' ny taona Jobile dia hiverina amin' izay nividianana azy sy tompon-jara tany azy ilay tany.

Lors de l' année jubilaire le champ reviendra au vendeur, à celui dont c' est la propriété dans le pays.

Lev 27:25

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

Ary ny tombany rehetra izay hataonao dia ho araka ny sekely masina: ho gera roa-polo ny sekely iray.

Ny tombana rehetra hataonao araka ny sikla masina: roapolo gerà ny sikla iray.

Toute estimation sera faite en sicles du sanctuaire, 20 géras valant un sicle.

Lev 27:26

Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the Lord' s firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the Lord' s.

Fa ny voalohan-teraky ny biby fiompy, dia izay voalohan-teraka ho an' i Jehovah, aoka tsy hisy olona hanamasina izany, na omby, na ondry, na osy, fa an' i Jehovah izany.

Tsy misy anefa mahazo manokana voalohan-teraky ny biby fiompiny, fa efa an' ny Tompo rahateo izany noho ny mahavoalohan-teraka azy, ka na omby, na ondry dia efa an' ny Tompo izany.

Nul, toutefois, ne pourra de son bétail consacrer un premier-né qui de droit appartient à Yahvé ; gros ou petit bétail, il appartient à Yahvé.

Lev 27:27

And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

Fa raha biby maloto kosa, dia havotany araka izay hataonao tombany, ary hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina; fa raha tsy havotana izy, dia hamidy araka izay nataonao tombany.

Ary ny amin' ny biby maloto dia havotana araka izay tombany hataonao izy, hotongoavina ny ampahadiminy, fa raha tsy avotana izy dia hamidy araka izay hanombananao azy.

Mais si c' est un animal impur on pourra le racheter au prix d' une estimation majorée d' un cinquième ; s' il n' est pas racheté l' animal sera vendu au prix de l' estimation.

Lev 27:28

Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the Lord of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the Lord.

Kanefa ny zavatra rehetra izay atokan' ny olona ho an' i Jehovah amin' izay ananany, na olona, na biby fiompy, na tany izay fananany, dia tsy hamidy, na havotana; masina dia masina ho an' i Jehovah ny zavatra rehetra izay atokana.

Izay rehetra natokan' ny olona nataony anatema ho an' ny Tompo amin' izay rehetra ananany, na olona na biby, na tany zara lovany, dia tsy ho azo hamidy na havotana, fa zava-masina dia masina an' ny Tompo avokoa izay rehetra natokana natao anatema.

Cependant rien de ce qu' un homme dévoue par anathème à Yahvé ne peut être vendu ou racheté, rien de ce qu' il peut posséder en hommes, bêtes ou champs patrimoniaux. Tout anathème est chose très sainte qui appartient à Yahvé.

Lev 27:29

None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

Ny olona rehetra izay atokana dia tsy havotana, fa hatao maty tokoa.

Tsy misy azo avotana izay olona natao anatema, fa hatao maty.

Aucun être humain dévoué par anathème ne pourra être racheté, il sera mis à mort.

Lev 27:30

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord' s: it is holy unto the Lord.

Ary ny ampahafolon' ny vokatra rehetra ao amin' ny tany, na avy amin' ny tanimbary, na avy amin' ny saha, dia an' i Jehovah; masina ho an' i Jehovah izany.

Ny ampahafolon' ny vokatra rehetra avy amin' ny tany, na ny avy amin' ny voa famafy amin' ny tany, na ny avy amin' ny voan' ny hazo, dia an' ny Tompo avokoa, zava-boatokana ho an' ny Tompo izany.

Toute dîme du pays prélevée sur les produits de la terre ou sur les fruits des arbres appartient à Yahvé ; c' est une chose consacrée à Yahvé.

Lev 27:31

And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

Ary raha misy tian' ny tompony havotana ny ampahafolon' ny vokatra, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina izy.

Raha misy olona te-hanavotra amin' ny ampahafolon' ny vokany, dia hotongoaviny ny ampahadiminy izay vidiny.

Si un homme veut racheter une partie de sa dîme, il en majorera la valeur d' un cinquième.

Lev 27:32

And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the Lord.

Ary ny amin' ny ampahafolon' ny omby, na ny ondry, na ny osy, dia ny ampahafolon' izay rehetra mandalo eo ambanin' ny tehin' ny mpiandry, ho masina ho an' i Jehovah.

Ny ampahafolon' ny biby fiompy, na vaventy na madinika, amin' izay biby fiandry rehetra, dia hatokana ho an' ny Tompo avokoa ny ampahafalony.

En toute dîme de gros et de petit bétail, sera chose consacrée à Yahvé le dixième de tout ce qui passe sous la houlette.

Lev 27:33

He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Tsy hizaha ny tsara na ny ratsy izy, ary tsy hanakalo azy; ary raha misy takalozany, dia samy ho masina avokoa izy sy ny takalony ka tsy havotana.

Tsy azo ifidianana izay tsara na ratsy izany, ary tsy azo takalozana koa; fa raha takalozana dia ho samy zava-masina avokoa, na ny biby natakalo, na izay natakalo azy, sady samy tsy ho azo avotana.

On ne triera pas le bon et le mauvais, on ne fera pas de substitution : si l' on en fait une, l' animal et son remplaçant seront choses consacrées sans possibilité de rachat.

Lev 27:34

These are the commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

Ireo no didy izay nandidian' i Jehovah an' i Mosesy ho amin' ny Zanak' Isiraely teo an-tendrombohitra Sinay.

Ireo no didy nomen' ny Tompo an' i Moizy ho an' ny zanak' Israely, tao an-tendrombohitra Sinaia.

Tels sont les ordres que Yahvé donna à Moïse sur le mont Sinaï à l' intention des Israélites.
