Explications en anglais [satria, because (?).] An esculent herb used by the Betsileo as a remedy for hydrophobia in the following manner: The skin of a banana fruit is roasted, and the juice of this plant squeezed on it; it is then applied to the part bitten. (Bets.) Solanam nodifloram, Jacq. Same as mailo (Prov.), anantsindrana (Betsim.), and anamamy, which last see. [1.2]
